I believe that counseling can be a safe harbor where people can turn for help as well as a beneficial resource available to move people toward healing, change, growth & greater mental health. My approach to counseling is guided by the belief that each individual has within them all the wisdom and knowledge necessary to travel the path toward change and healing!
